Shipping policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Standard transit time is ~6 business days after processing for most destinations.
- Remote areas or peak seasons may require extra time. We’ll email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Fees
- Calculated at checkout. Free shipping thresholds (if any) are shown on-site.
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS when the order ships. Tracking may take 24–48h to update.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
- If you entered an incorrect address, contact [support@joyafix.com] within 12 hours.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price minus shipping.
Duties & Taxes
- Import duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout unless stated.
Lost/Damaged in Transit
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, contact the carrier and us within 7 days.
- For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Pre-orders/Backorders
- Any extended lead time will be clearly noted on the product page and order confirmation.
