Refund policy
30-Day Comfort Guarantee
- You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in like-new, clean condition, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
Hygiene & Use
- Because our product contacts skin, we can’t accept returns with excessive wear, odor, stains, or damage. Please try it over thin clothing on first use.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards, heavily discounted “final sale” items, and replacement parts (if used) are non-returnable unless defective.
Start a Return
- Email [returns@joyafix.com] with your order number and reason.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA.
- Ship the item back within 10 days of approval (trackable service required).
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.
Exchanges
- Need a different unit or replacement? We’ll process an exchange after receiving the original item.
Defects/Wrong Item
- Report within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We’ll repair, replace, or refund according to your preference and stock availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to defect, damage, or our error, we cover return postage. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage.
